Ordering

How do I order

You can add the products that you would like to buy to your cart and checkout.

If you select "Customize" for any of the products - our team will reach out to you to get your accurate measurements for your item(s).

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Shipping, Delivery & Returns

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

All orders over $149 qualify for free standard shipping.

Orders under $149 will cost $9.99 for standard shipping.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Currently we do not ship internationally but we are working on changing that very soon. Stay tuned!

When will my shipment arrive?

Each product has an estimate timeline listed on the product page. Each product is handcrafted and customized so they will incur a certain time to get to you. Once your item(s) is ready to ship, we will send you an email with shipping and tracking information.

What is your return policy?

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping cost will be your responsibilty.
